The hotel room was a real squeeze, wouldn't want to stay here more than one night alone, let alone with family. The rooms were small with no drawers for clothes, but no different from an average hotel room in Japan. On the positive side, the room included a large, well-appointed bathroom with a separate shower and tub, which was larger than the APA Hotel I stayed at previously.

The location was excellent, with the subway stations being very close. Packed with restaurants and bars, and very near to the train station in the short walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is close to the wonderful Hei Shrine and the Imperial Palace.

The dining experience was okay, offering an assortment of breads, soup, and a range of Asian and English foods, as well as toast, cereal, bread, cheese, jam, tea, coffee, and juices. While not huge, there was something to suit everyone.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and kept clean and tidy. A perfect base for leisure or business use, especially with the convenient metro station nearby offering great links to central Tokyo and Narita Airport. The service was exceptional with staff willing to assist in various ways, such as guiding me to their sister spa. The location was superb, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and close to multiple subway stations. The dining experience was satisfactory, setting me up nicely for the day, but could have more variety. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent amenities.
