Reviews and Ratings
I loved staying at this hotel! It's conveniently located near JR Nagano but away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, making them great value for the price. I appreciated having a tea table and extra seating in the room, giving it a cozy feel. The service was top-notch as the staff went above and beyond to help with any complex travel arrangements I had. While there were minor issues with the breakfast choices, the overall dining experience was enjoyable with delicious Japanese-style meals available for a fee. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Nagano and using it as a base for nearby attractions like Matsumoto, Kamikochi, and the Alpine route. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups that did not overshadow the positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were particularly spacious and very clean, but I had to book two adjoining rooms to accommodate my family of four. The service was great, especially by Japanese standards. The location was convenient, close to the train station and various amenities. The dining experience offered a good Japanese breakfast. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are larger than typical in Japan, featuring comfortable beds, a self-serve pillow selection, and even a massage chair, creating a cozy environment. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with complex transport arrangements and providing helpful information about the hotel and Nagano. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Nagano Station, making it easy to access. However, the dining experience, while delicious, comes at an additional cost, and the variety may not be as extensive as other hotels. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay in Nagano.
