Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a pleasant stay near restaurants and shops in the Shinjuku area. The rooms are clean and cozy, but some areas need renovation. The service is friendly and efficient. The location is ideal for exploring Tokyo. The dining options are varied, but some aspects could be improved.
The hotel's rooms were spacious for Japan standards and exceptionally clean with high-quality L'Occitane toiletries. However, the experience with room service was marred by a rude response when requesting black or English tea. The location near Shinjuku station was highly convenient with plenty of dining options around.
The hotel offers a mix of comfort and shortcomings. While the larger room provides more comfort, some areas like stained carpets and a bath need improvement. On the bright side, the facilities and views are exceptional. Breakfast can be ordered through room service, such as the popular hello kitty breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, while not very spacious for a couple with lots of luggage, was on the 32nd floor with a nice view, which made it quite comfortable. The staff spoke English well and were friendly and helpful, although some appeared a bit robotic. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and various attractions, but lacked evening activity around the area. The dining options were average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with excellent amenities like a HEPA filter, humidifier, and free WiFi, although the service was a bit rigid and the location close to Shinjuku Station had its perks despite thin walls and a hard bed.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel had fantastic little extras and amenities in the spacious and clean rooms. Although the rooms were slightly small, even at the Grand Premier level, they were well-equipped with everything from a safe to a hair dryer. The location was perfect for exploring Tokyo with easy access to Shinjuku station and various attractions, though it could get crowded at times. Dining options were varied and tasty, offering a mix of Western and Japanese choices to suit all preferences.
The hotel is an amazing find, with an extensive range of amenities and attention to detail that truly make the stay special. The rooms are not only clean and comfortable but also filled with delightful extras like a variety of toiletries, shoe shining cloths, power adaptors, and even a high-tech Japanese toilet. However, noise from other guests chatting in the room's private cubicles and sofas might be a slight inconvenience. The price may seem a bit high, but the value for money is definitely there.
The hotel is a paradise for Princess Hello Kitty fans, offering a whimsical experience with Hello Kitty-themed items you can take home. The rooms are exactly how you would imagine, filled with adorable Hello Kitty decor and even come with cute souvenirs. Despite our little one's attempts at chaos, the room remained pretty much perfect.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was great, but there were some issues with the bed being too hard and thin walls. The location was ideal for exploring Tokyo easily, but the price was a bit high. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
