The staff were magnificent, offering great service throughout my stay. I found the amenities wonderful. Paul Baca at the front desk gave excellent advice on visiting tourist places. His English was a definite bonus. He is a credit to the hotel, going above and beyond.
The WiFi authentication was needlessly complicated. I needed a username, password, and PIN every time I reconnected.

My "Premier Grand" room had robes, slippers, and generous towels. I found L'Occitane products and a Nespresso machine with pods. The room size was large and beautifully appointed, offering me a good sanctuary after a busy day.

The premier grand rooms lived up to expectations. The hospitality services were excellent. every staff member at the premier club was kind and gracious. i particularly appreciated the amenities provided in the room. the experience felt very personalized and attentive.
the gym facilities were adequate, but the space lacked a certain ambiance. i did not rate the pool area, and the gym did not have a great vibe. it was functional but could benefit from improvements to its overall atmosphere.

Fantastic Stay I Won't Forget!

This hotel has spacious rooms. Two connecting rooms really helped since I had my teenage boys with me. The room cleaning service was also very nice. It was like I walked into a fresh room everyday!
The hotel didn't have much seating in the lobby. This. It felt unusually empty and not very guest-friendly.

Breakfast included lots of Japanese and Western choices that helped start my mornings right. The on-site sushi restaurant had amazing fresh fish and traditional dishes. It's a total food win!
