the spa was amazing i had one of the best massages there. sana was the masseuse she applied the pressure i asked for perfectly it was an amazing experience

i found the staff to be very friendly. nicole at the concierge desk helped me get delicious fried chicken. the rooms had fantastic views and felt very comfortable. the grand club venue offered great food and beverage options.
the hotel check-in was disappointing. one employee tried to charge me more than what i was supposed to pay for the breakfast. i had to clarify multiple times about the included breakfast, and the situation caused unnecessary stress.
