decent experience with minor issues
amazing massage perfect pressure slow service dated room
the spa was amazing i had one of the best massages there. sana was the masseuse she applied the pressure i asked for perfectly it was an amazing experience
check-in took longer than i expected the lobby needs more attention to detail. the lady who helped me at check-in could have been more cute i noticed noise from the hallway and the elevator

Comfortable stay with excellent staff
friendly staff fantastic views great food
i found the staff to be very friendly. nicole at the concierge desk helped me get delicious fried chicken. the rooms had fantastic views and felt very comfortable. the grand club venue offered great food and beverage options.
the hotel check-in was disappointing. one employee tried to charge me more than what i was supposed to pay for the breakfast. i had to clarify multiple times about the included breakfast, and the situation caused unnecessary stress.

the room featured a well-stocked minibar with a selection of beverages and snacks. there was also a work desk with multiple power outlets and comfortable seating. a large tv with international channels was available.

The restaurants have diverse menus I found appealing. Staff members were professional. The hotel offers a beautiful view. This. I enjoyed the well kept facilities.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The space was well kept, and included a comfortable seating area. The furniture was new and well-cared for I found the layout functional for both relaxation and work.
