the service was excellent, with staff were nice and pro ready to assist. they were helpful in calling shops to retrieve a shopping bag i had left behind. retrieving the bag was a big relief.

The hotel's location is very convenient, very close to the beach front. i found it very accessible to main attractions. nearby shops are an added convenience. The hotel is perfect!

The hotel offered a good location near the subway and Gunam Food Street. The room was clean. I found the staff friendly.
The pool was quite small, more like a large Jacuzzi. I noticed it was often overcrowded. I also found the breakfast selection rather small compared to other hotels in Korea.
