Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms have seen some minor renovations, including new furniture and soft furnishings, but they felt small and too dark. On the bright side, my room overlooked the Canal City complex, providing a quiet and reasonably well-lit view.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise considering the usual room sizes in Japan. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Hakata station and close to Canal City & Nakasu street. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were very kind and professional. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the breakfast started late for those catching early flights or trains.
The hotel offers spacious and well-designed rooms, with an unpleasant smoking smell still lingering. The bathroom is clean and the toiletries are excellent, plus there's a great coffee maker. The service is top-notch, with very helpful and attentive staff assisting with various needs. The location is convenient, with numerous dining options nearby and attractions like Canal City shopping mall within easy reach. The dining experience offers a variety of Japanese and Western choices, although the dining start time may not suit early travelers. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained and contribute to a comfortable stay, despite the smoking smell in the rooms.
