airport shuttle friendly staff sunshine cold receptionist old toilet seat poor attitude
The shuttle to the airport was GREAT. it departed every 30 minutes. the staff was friendly and helpful. She explained where the breakfast restaurant was. i loved that there was sunshine.
the receptionists seemed a bit cold. their attitude wasn't the best. the toilet seat was very old and needed an upgrade.

a satisfactory stay
clean room superb service steam room limited menu disappointing food calibre expectation
the room was very clean. the bedding was wonderful too. customer service was superb. the spa and steam room were great!!!
the food was not so good at restaurant 8. i found it a bit disappointing. i expected more from a hotel of this caliber. the limited menu was also a letdown.

limited equipment parking lot
The airport shuttle offered convenient transportation to the terminals.
The gym equipment was lacking. I found only two treadmills and one stationary bike. The limited selection made it difficult to get a full workout. Plus, the promised airport view was nonexistent, my window faced the parking lot.

Convenient Airport Hotel with Great Amenities

The free shuttle to terminal 2 was very convenient. I appreciated the spacious beautiful twin room west tower. It had all the amenities I needed. The staff was nice, and I was able to check in early, which helped a lot after a long flight.

shuttle bus helpful concierge
the hotel provided a handy, regular shuttle bus from the airport. we arrived early and stored our luggage easily. the concierge offered HELPFUL knowledge for exploring the area.
i felt DISCRIMINATED by the receptionists during check-in. the male receptionist left us without any comments. he left us to a female receptionist. the female receptionist signaled he had successfully managed me.

The airport shuttle is free. It comes every thirty minutes. The staff was friendly at check in. I liked the comfy bed.
The breakfast choices were not great. I think the gym closes too early at 10 pm. The pool closes early too.

efficient shuttle helpful staff
The shuttle service was efficient and timely. It made getting to the airport easy. the staff helped me with directions around the facility. i found the process seamless. i am grateful for their attention to detail.
The minibar prices were excessive. I expected them to be more reasonable, especially considering the hotel's location. i suggest bringing your own drinks and snacks!
