I stayed in the West Tower with an airport view on the 8th floor. The room was large, featuring a living room/kitchen area, a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two singles, and two bathrooms with a bath, shower & Japanese style toilet/bidet. While the West Tower room was spacious and comfortable, the East Tower needs a deep renovation, potentially affecting the overall experience. The hotel's location is ideal for short stays, especially for those in between flights with excellent shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport.
The hotel provided us with an amazing room that had everything we needed to rest well for our travels the next day. The amenities were plentiful, and the large bathroom with a bath, shower, and a Japanese-style toilet/bidet was a nice touch. While more like a 3 to 4-star accommodation with larger rooms, it had all the amenities you could ask for and more.
