satisfactory stay
central location friendly staff constant noise messy breakfast
the hotel location worked well. it is centrally located with super friendly staff. especially natty and zikra at the business center went out of their way to help me with my project a few times.
the hotel is about 25 years old, yet it is maintained relatively well. i was upgraded to a full view room as a globalist member. the room is quite spacious and nice, but there was a noise all day long outside the window!

i had a room with a great view. the location is amazing. i found the staff to be very professional and friendly.
the check-in process was not good. there was a long queue at the reception. only one person was available to help. some of the furnishings seemed a bit dated.

high floor great views perfect location broken ac worst breakfast small selection
the hotel has rooms starting from the 55th floor. our room had great views. i found the location perfect.
The ac in the hotel was not working. Many people complained about it being too hot. breakfast had the worst taste, i think. the grand club food and beverage selection was very small. The menu never changed at all.
