i had a room with a great view. the location is amazing. i found the staff to be very professional and friendly.
the check-in process was not good. there was a long queue at the reception. only one person was available to help. some of the furnishings seemed a bit dated.

the hotel has rooms starting from the 55th floor. our room had great views. i found the location perfect.
The ac in the hotel was not working. Many people complained about it being too hot. breakfast had the worst taste, i think. the grand club food and beverage selection was very small. The menu never changed at all.
