the hotel provided excellent access to key locations. i found the proximity to the subway (line 2, exit 4) particularly useful. opposite exit 4, i discovered a shop selling tasty steamed baozi. i appreciated the easy access to nanjing road and the bund.

During checkout, there was a slight delay. I wasn't immediately offered assistance with my luggage as i loaded it into the cab.

I stayed in a spacious room. breakfast offered excellent choice. I found many options with both western and asian dishes. the hotel's location is fabulous. It is directly across from the main shopping street.

The towels provided had some small holes. It felt a bit lazy that cleaning staff did not discard them.
