The hotel is located perfectly near the Century Avenue Metro station, with plenty of restaurants around. The rooms are excellently organized and comfortable. While the service was very helpful with directions and taxi services, housekeeping was a bit dismissive. The dining options were disappointing in terms of variety and catering to international visitors, but the location is ideal for exploring Shanghai.
The hotel had uniquely designed rooms, albeit a bit smaller than expected, and we ended up staying in one of the pricier options. The cleanliness was exceptional. The service was mixed, with some staff being overtly unwelcoming during check-in but helpful in arranging alternative transport. The location was fantastic, near the financial district, and the surrounding area was convenient with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was on the pricey side and not as good as it used to be. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
