a romantic escapade
excellent service dedicated staff
the staff felt genuinely dedicated to excellent service. frederic at the front office checked us in, he has a service-minded attitude. he ensured a great stay start and went beyond expectations. i seemed like i was treated as vip because of his enthusiasm.
the room dining didn't taste good to me. i found the room's general condition to be fine for what it cost. however, i expected a bit more from the food. the bed sheets were exceptionnal though, those felt silky on the skin.

staff members were helpful and friendly. they provided guidance throughout the stay. the reception staff arranged a room with view of the iconic tower. the overall attention created a positive atmosphere.

the hotel provides a good breakfast with many options. the on-site restaurants feature diverse cuisines. some dishes tasted superb, while others could have been better. the ambiance feels romantic in each dining space.
