As a new SPG member, my stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were made a sociable space for us all to enjoy with great detailing and a wonderful view of Macau and the Parisian's Eiffel Tower. They were spacious, clean, and well stocked with different amenities. Although the service was overloaded, the staff still tried their best to accommodate the requests. The location near the centre of the Cotai Strip Resort was great, offering access to major hotels/casinos in Taipa for tourists. The dining experience was disappointing as cold cooked breakfast items were served. Overall, a good value for money stay with a few hiccups.
