I recently spent several nights in a room that included a desk and an armchair (i found it very convenient). the executive lounge access was a great perk. i also appreciated the extensive breakfast buffet. It had a wide array of choices. the location made exploring very easy.

the gym, while functional, felt somewhat cramped when more than a couple of people were using it. the equipment layout could be optimized.

my room had large windows. the bed was comfortable and provided good rest. there were blackout curtains, ensuring a dark room for sleeping. amenities included a mini-fridge and a safe.

the staff at the front desk were always helpful. housekeeping kept my room super clean daily. the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. the turndown service was a plus (especially the chocolates!).
