amazing view efficient staff spacious room
i got a king room harbour view, and the view was amazing!!! the staff was very efficient and friendly. the room was spacious and clean. i found the location very convenient, close to the avenue of stars.

Acceptable stay near the harbor
disorganized staff incorrect room
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff seemed disorganized. I had to wait longer than expected. The room setup was also incorrect upon arrival. Housekeeping did not correct the issue .

Really good Stay with Fine Views
convenient store harbor view hotel bar easy access
The supermarket nearby proved very useful. Morning jogs along the waterfront were refreshing. The hotel's bar, directly outside, offered immediate access to the harbor. I found the location to be quite convenient, with easy access to activities.
The jacuzzi was under maintenance . This was a minor disappointment.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the MTR station. It allows quick and easy access to different parts of the city. The waterfront promenade near the hotel provides ample opportunities for walks. Several dining options are located close by.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. The dining room provided lovely views of the harbor area. I found the quality and variety of the food to be quite high to the dining room.

The housekeeping staff maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout my stay. The concierge team provided helpful advice regarding transportation and local attractions. Every hotel team member I encountered was exceedingly polite and professional in carrying out their duties

The gym provided a great view. The pool area included ample space for relaxation and recreation. I considered the level of upkeep and maintenance to be rather satisfactory throughout the hotel premises.

really good harbour views
harbourview room spacious room comfortable bed great location
i received a complimentary upgrade to a harbourview room. the room is spacious. the bed is comfortable. bath towels are large and soft. the location is great, near the mtr station. i liked the waterfront walkway and noc coffee shop nearby.
the staff seemed super rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. i have been to many hotels in the area, but never experienced this kind of unprofessional behaviour by hotel staff. it was disappointing.

the rooms were very clean and quite large. sufficient space existed to open two large suitcases without obstruction. the climate control functions effectively and can quickly cool the room if desired.

the breakfast staff on the 19th floor were friendly. the egg station staff made an effort to introduce their homemade cereal. it was delicious. i found the hotel staff accommodating

club lounge afternoon drinks harbour view
I stayed in a Harbour Club Harbourview Room Club Access. The room included access to the club lounge. The lounge provided afternoon drinks and snacks. The harbour view from the room was quite excellent. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the MTR station. This allowed for easy travel around the area.
The gym was a bit small and got crowded during peak hours

large room waterfront location jogging track
The room was large (I stayed in a renovated room). The waterfront location offers a jogging track just outside. Whampoa MTR station is very close.
The gym has limited opening hours and no water is available after exercise.
