the club room, booked at a reasonable rate, provided access to the 41st club floor. the views over the harbour and city were magnificent (i especially loved watching the boats). the club lounge included afternoon tea and evening cocktails in a good setting. the staff throughout the hotel were good and helpful at the front desk, club desk, club lounge and 180 restaurant.
i found no electrical outlets easily accessible to connect with devices. the in-room fridge did not cool items effectively.

i stayed in the premier king room with harbour view, it was a good size and had excellent housekeeping services. the staff were lovely and helpful, especially with directions around the city. breakfast had many choices and everything tasted fresh. i enjoyed the views from the pool area!
the check-in process was a little slow, and there weren't many machines in the gym.

The hotel has an open-air pool with good views and offers many amenities. a gym with sufficient equipment to train. These options provided ample opportunity for relaxation , it was a plus!

The restaurant on the upper floor had a much nicer ambiance. The food was of good quality and taste and also offered views of the island, that's why it was my favourite option for having dinner after a long day.

I was somewhat disappointed . the air conditioning in the room was quite loud. additionally, i found the selection of english-language tv channels to be rather limited. I would have hoped for a wider variety of options. these small issues did detract a little from an otherwise very nice experience.

I found maria at the front desk particularly helpful. She was so nice. the club room was spacious and clean. i found the service excellent. The staff were friendly. i think the view from le 188 restaurant is amazing. the entire team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.
I thought the hotel wasn't providing basic amenities like toothpaste due to government measures on plastics. I found it a bit inconvenient.
