i stayed there to celebrate chinese new year. the room was already prepared with decorations. that was a surprise and made the celebration special. the staff were warm and professional, providing excellent service. tray chan at the grand club was wonderful and patient while assisting with check-in!!!

weak pressurelimited menu
The bathroom wasn't great. The shower had a funny smell and the water pressure was weak. also, the room service menu was limited. i wanted a simple salad, but the only options were complicated and expensive. it seemed like they weren't catering to basic needs.
