convenient location immaculate housekeeping helpful staff
I was thrilled the location was close to the metro! the housekeeping kept everything immaculate every day. the staff was also very helpful. I asked for extra pillows and got them right away.
Honestly. I didn't experience any negatives . everything met my needs and expectations. no complaints here!

the location is excellent to nathan road shops and the kowloon gardens, i guess.
The room was small. There was barely enough room to open my suitcase, annoying. there wasn't room service either, and nobody seemed to want to help me with my luggage when i asked.

The room was small, barely enough space to open my suitcase. i practically had to perform acrobatics just to move around! and the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It never quite managed to cool the room properly. i was like i was constantly battling for a comfortable temperature.

The room felt very small. Moving around with luggage was a challenge. The air conditioning was quite loud and hard to regulate. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. The breakfast also lacked variety, becoming repetitive after a few days. The coffee tasted somewhat weak, and fresh fruit options were limited. These issues detracted from what would have otherwise been a great stay.

convenient location luggage storage friendly staff
the location is convenient. i could easily walk to shopping areas and transportation hubs. leaving my luggage for the day was helpful, so i could explore without carrying it (that's always a plus). the staff was friendly, directing me to nearby restaurants.
