Regency Grand Suites, Manila

I had an amazing stay at the Regency Grand Suites. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had their own WiFi access, providing excellent signal and connection. The service was exceptional, with staff members like Dang and Ken going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was lively and convenient, close to Manila Bay and Ocean Park. While the dining options were not the best, the overall experience was fantastic.

Staying at Regency Grand Suites was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms, though nice and clean with a great view of Manila Bay, were too small for three people, making it a bit cramped to move around. The location was fantastic, right next to Robinson Mall, offering convenience for shopping, nightlife, and access to tourist spots. However, the hotel's claim of having kitchenettes felt misleading as only a microwave was provided, limiting cooking options.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I stayed in was nice and neat, although the air conditioning could use some improvement. It was spacious, had all the amenities I needed, and offered a great view of the bay. The service, especially from Dang and Ken, was very polite, accommodating, and went above and beyond my expectations. The hotel's location was superb, overlooking Manila de Bay and within walking distance to many attractions. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly for those not keen on Filipino food. Despite the minor drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely done, although the bathroom was a bit small. The staff were kind and always willing to help. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Manila. However, the breakfast provided was not great for those not keen on Filipino food.
