wonderful rooftop experience!
rooftop pool ample space flavorful dishes strong coffee
the rooftop pool was a delight! it had ample space for lounging. the restaurant also served flavorful dishes. i especially liked the strong coffee served each morning at breakfast, a must for starting the day.
the elevators were quite slow, and i often waited longer than i expected.

breakfast offered healthy choices and good quality food. the mushroom soup at the rooftop restaurant was excellent, and the pad thai was tasty too. prices were fair, and the dining experience was quite pleasant.

the staff demonstrated cute attitudes and helpful service. they worked to accommodate my family, our room was ready by check-in time. the hotel shuttle was efficient, and i felt safe in this location, it was reassuring.

helpful staff weight machines halal diet taxi delay
I found the staff helpful with parking. Getting my slip stamped each time i left. the gym had a good selection of weight machines. i visited crostos nearby and enjoyed a great pizza.
The breakfast options didn't appeal to me. They didn't cater for a halal diet and the vegetarian options seemed uninteresting. getting a grab taxi from the front desk took around 20 minutes. i was almost late.

attentive staff breakfast variety rooftop view slow elevator dated design
i was charmed by the staff there. they was very attentive to requests, i did notice. the breakfast had a good variety of options. i found the rooftop bar provided nice city views.
the elevators was slow, i have to mention it. i waited longer than i liked. the design of the room feels a bit dated, it is true.

spacious room helpful staff
the room was spacious and clean. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. i appreciate the good food, it was nice and tasty. 5 point option, but 8.5 would fit this hotel better.
i found the elevators were very slow. waiting for one took a while. this became a little frustrating when i wanted to go up to the rooftop.

charmed by decent experience
helpful staff parking slip weight machines
the staff had amazing service. i rented a motorcycle and parking worked pretty good! it was an extra step to have the hotel staff stamp the parking slip each time i left! they were always helpful and pleasant. the gym had a usable space with a good selection of weight machines.
the housekeeping wasn't too good at cleaning unfortunately. the plates and cutlery used from a take away dinner were left. the floor still had food crumbs! it wasn't ideal.

the location is convenient, close to crostos for pizza! it offered an easy access to various local attractions. however, heavy traffic around the area occasionally added travel time. it required careful planning for commute.

the rooftop pool area had comfortable loungers. the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. they also have a grab taxi counter at the front desk but allow around 20min for a taxi to turn up. it works well

i found the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool to be the highlights. the rooftop pool was a great feature. the hotel's location made accessing everything we wanted to do easy.

the staff opened every door and carried every bag. i felt waited on. the location offered proximity to malls, restaurants, a pharmacy and the ayala museum.
the air conditioning wasn't adjustable so the fan stayed on constantly. it was noisy and directly beside the bed. this made it uncomfortable because the air blew right on my face.
