City Garden Grand Hotel, Makati City

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and exuberated the highest level of tranquility imaginable, making it a perfect place to relax. However, the location, although right in Makati, was quite busy and not the safest in the area. The service led by Mr Mark Abrina and Mr Dennis Peralta was exceptional, but there were occasional hiccups with keeping track of taxi requests. The dining experience was very good, offering a wide array of options, but it could be a bit cheaper. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.

However, the hotel's vicinity to the red light district was a minor downside, but the price for such high-quality accommodation in Makati was amazing.

The hotel is perfectly located, just across from the IM building and boasts a rooftop bar on the 32nd floor. The rooms are spotless and spacious, offering all the comfort you'd expect from a hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing, making it a fantastic place to relax at the start or end of your journey. There are plenty of street restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience.

I had a wonderful weekend staycation with my family on the 26th floor of the hotel, offering a great view of the Makati skyline. The rooms were comfortable, although they are usually on the interior or dark side to save money. The service was excellent, with cheerful and helpful staff who went the extra mile to cater to our requests. The location was ideal for first-time tourists, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, although a bit far from the airport. The dining experience was really good, setting us up well for the day with a variety of dishes.
