the rooftop pool was a delight! it had ample space for lounging. the restaurant also served flavorful dishes. i especially liked the strong coffee served each morning at breakfast, a must for starting the day.

I found the staff helpful with parking. Getting my slip stamped each time i left. the gym had a good selection of weight machines. i visited crostos nearby and enjoyed a great pizza.
The breakfast options didn't appeal to me. They didn't cater for a halal diet and the vegetarian options seemed uninteresting. getting a grab taxi from the front desk took around 20 minutes. i was almost late.

the room was spacious and clean. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. i appreciate the good food, it was nice and tasty. 5 point option, but 8.5 would fit this hotel better.
waiting for one took a while. this became a little frustrating when i wanted to go up to the rooftop.

the staff had amazing service. i rented a motorcycle and parking worked pretty good! it was an extra step to have the hotel staff stamp the parking slip each time i left! they were always helpful and pleasant. the gym had a usable space with a good selection of weight machines.
the housekeeping wasn't too good at cleaning unfortunately. the plates and cutlery used from a take away dinner were left. the floor still had food crumbs! it wasn't ideal.

the location is convenient, close to crostos for pizza! it offered an easy access to various local attractions. however, heavy traffic around the area occasionally added travel time. it required careful planning for commute.

the staff opened every door and carried every bag. i felt waited on. the location offered proximity to malls, restaurants, a pharmacy and the ayala museum.
the air conditioning wasn't adjustable so the fan stayed on constantly. it was noisy and directly beside the bed. this made it uncomfortable because the air blew right on my face.
