The hotel is directly connected to the terminal. This made early morning departures very easy. i found many shops and restaurants in the haneda garden right in the same building as the hotel.

The automated check-in was a complete mess. I had trouble finding my reservation, and it took ages for the staff to sort it out. They seemed to be constantly assisting others with the same issue. I found it impersonal. It seemed like the hotel was cutting corners. my room was located far from the elevators, and , made it difficult to reach.

Location was a very big plus for me. It has access to shopping and dining. The room I stayed in had space. The hotel is very close to the departure gate.

impersonal check-in damaged suitcase
the rooms location was convenient as I could access the airport easily.
the check in was not good and felt impersonal as I had to use a machine. the machine did not find my reservation at first so staff had to assist. there were many staff around but few seemed to help and i reminded me of my luggage staff damaged my suitcases before.
