The hotel is directly connected to the terminal. This made early morning departures very easy. i found many shops and restaurants in the haneda garden right in the same building as the hotel.

the rooms location was convenient as I could access the airport easily.

the check in was not good and felt impersonal as I had to use a machine. the machine did not find my reservation at first so staff had to assist. there were many staff around but few seemed to help and i was like my luggage staff damaged my suitcases before.
