The location was excellent. I was able to easily walk to many restaurants and shops. i really liked that free drinks were available all day in the breakfast room! the staff provided luggage delivery service to other hotels, a nice feature. the hotel also provided pajamas.
The air vent in my room was covered in dust. It looked like it had never been cleaned. the bidet function in the toilet didn't work either.

The buffet breakfast had a vast selection of japanese dishes. Western staples, such as fried eggs and breads were available too. ramen tickets were distributed to guests each evening, a perk for trying local cuisine. there was a microwave available for free use, useful.

the reception staff was polite and helpful, and they allowed me to check in early. i could borrow an iron at the reception, after washing clothes in the coin laundry. the staff offered luggage delivery services to other hotels, a very useful service indeed.

The air conditioner was individually controlled, made adjusting the temperature easy. an air purifier machine was available in the room, a very good amenity. the room included pajamas. It was useful.

The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. I found it steps away from dotonbori. many different train lines were located nearby, offering easy transport. there is an aeon supermarket around the corner. It was really convenient.

There was a resting lounge on the ground floor with free drinks. I did appreciate it. the hotel offered a luggage delivery service to other hotels, very handy. laundry facilities were available, quite useful.

I was grateful for the central location near restaurants and shops. The hotel offered complimentary drinks all day , a ticket for ramen, and daily room cleaning. Luggage delivery service was available to other hotels , which was very convenient for my travel plans.
The air vent in my room had some dust.

The hotel provides free beverages in the lobby, it was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found that the food had a lot of variety. The hotel location is also quite convenient.
My room was quite small. It made opening luggage difficult. The sound insulation from the hallway was not good, I could hear noise easily. Additional pillows were not provided even when requested.
