i found that the air conditioning never goes below 23c no matter what you do with it and raised to 26c during the night.

i wish the air conditioning worked a little better, i think they turn it off for some months.

The room was very spacious. The smart TV was huge. It was great to relax and watch movies in the evening. I also appreciated the free bottled water that was provided daily.
The staff mostly seemed indifferent. I found this disappointing. I felt the concierge was not very helpful. I was promised an invoice by email after checking out, but I still have not received it.

the service felt excellent, start to end. ellie helped. she really anticipated what i needed and gave solid recommendations. her touch felt personal, with genuine care. i'll be back, for sure. thanks ellie for making things easy.
i think the air conditioning did not perform very well. the room could not go below 22 degrees. sleeping was difficult with this warm temperature.

the breakfast met my expectations it had a good variety.
the air conditioning did not work well i could not get the room cooler than 26 degrees celsius at night it was very uncomfortable also the walls seemed thin i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway throughout the night sleep was difficult.
