The hotel staff showed a very high level of professionalism, something I deeply appreciated. The garden, complete with a fish pond and views of the iconic tower, was beautiful. I found the location convenient, as it provided easy access to transport, local convenience stores, and various places to eat..
The air conditioning in the room was fixed at 24C. It did not allow for individual adjustments, a bit inconvenient.

The staff was responsive to requests and maintained a high standard of service throughout the hotel. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries. The provided daily newspaper was a great touch.

The hotel had a convenience store on the first floor. (Very handy for late-night snacks!).
I found the carpets to be quite worn. The bathroom also was rather dated. There was only one dim light. The tub did not seem properly cleaned.

I found the hotel gardens to be fine. There was a koi pond with feeding times and a waterfall. multiple restaurants was good since not much is around. the japanese breakfast buffet was lovely too. the hotel have taxis always available, that was great because it rained sometimes.
i wish there was a wider selection of english-speaking tv channels available. other than that, the hotel was convenient and comfortable.

the room was great, it had plenty of space and a balcony with a view. the beds were really comfy and the room also includes blackout curtains, so i get good sleep after a long day.

station was close enough, around a 10-minute walk, very convenient. it was easy to get around, and the hotel is also close to the shinkansen, narita express and yamanote line. i could easily travel in many directions.

staff was always friendly and professional, a big shout out to the housekeeping staff. the front desk tended to be a little frosty, but the staff let me keep my bags. they were very helpful and polite too.
