The concierge service arranged transport and provided excellent ideas for experiences. i appreciated the exclusive access to the club lounge. We enjoyed coffee, drinks, and snacks with beautiful views from the 16th floor.
the entrance was super slippery! i fell. no one helped or offered assistance, which i found disappointing.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They readily assisted with requests. The location proved unbeatable, providing easy access to key attractions. My room featured large glass windows offering a striking view of the port. It also had nostalgic charm reminiscent of a classic hotel.

convenient locationimpractical bathroom
the location was convenient I found.
our room needed updates it seemed old. there was no space to take off clothes in the bathroom which was not practical.
