I found the hotel very clean and upscale. the onsen was a major plus. It included a variety of spa options, like hot stone saunas. the location is superb with close access to subway stations and several restaurants. i will definitely stay again..
i found that the hotel lacks cupboard space in the rooms. there was some space to hang clothes, but nowhere to store underwear and toiletries. the room could benefit from a small chest of drawers for more convenience.

The room was CLEAN, super clean even, and i loved the modern design, it felt SOOO romantic. every day, fresh bottled water was provided, a lovely little touch. the hotel features laundry machines with TV integration showing availability. It's a very convenient amenity.
The hotel IS near stations. BUT finding your way around the station area takes extra time. It can be complex.

The modern decor created a cute atmosphere throughout my stay. I appreciated the included spa access. It added a touch of relaxation to my evenings. The separate toilet and shower in my room were very convenient. I found the organic toiletries a REALLY nice touch.
The Osaka station area is complex and it required extra time to navigate upon arrival.

the location was very convenient. the staff was friendly (always smiling!). morning breakfast was really good and delicious with local options.
i found the spa entering process a bit complicated. there were several steps involving room card and shoe key tags at different points. i think a simplified process would improve the experience.

The room size was too small for comfort and made it hard to move around with luggage. the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed and i could not change the direction. This was very uncomfortable. the breakfast buffet was also very repetitive, and it became boring after a few days.
