super convenient location
amazing location cute staff fresh towels short walk
Shiodome station connects right to the hotel. shimbashi station is also a short walk using the bridge system. i found travelling around super easy because of this great location. the staff were amazing. they were always cute and ready to help. the hotel provided fresh towels daily. I really liked that.
i found the bathroom counter space very limited. it was tricky to fit all my things.

each floor has a utility room. it has a washer and dryer. a microwave is available for heating meals. vending machines offer coffee, noodles and beer. i liked having these conveniences nearby.

decent stay, some issues
little storage broken air conditioning
the hotel's location near the subway was indeed convenient, making it easy to get around..
The room felt smaller than expected, especially with luggage. Little storage space was available, and it was inconvenient. also, the air conditioning did not work properly, resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep. the staff attempted to fix it, but the problem persisted despite their efforts.

Really good hotel experience
central location helpful staff comfortable clothes
The hotel is conveniently located near two train and subway stations. The surrounding area offers a variety of dining options and shops. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Laundry machines were available on every even-numbered floor, with about two machines per floor. The room was well-appointed with a large bed and a comfortable sofa area. The bathroom featured both a bidet and a rainfall shower. Extra amenities were readily available from the reception area. The complimentary evening drinks were a thoughtful touch. It allowed me to connect with other travelers. The hotel also provided comfortable sleeping clothes.
I noticed that breakfast remained the same each day. A bit more variety would be beneficial.

this hotel is near shiodome station. it is easy to commute because i do not have to go outside. hotel cleaning occur every three days and it kept the hotel clean. many restaurant options is very close.
