helpful staff perfect location comfortable bed old room bathroom rust manual key
The staff showed us to our rooms and offered help with our bags. They also showed us emergency exits. The location was perfect and accessible to the subway from the basement level. Beds and pillows provided comfort.
Rooms were old. The bathroom had rust and paint was peeling. The risk of a manual key is that previous guests may duplicate it for future unauthorized use.

convenient location helpful staff japanese restaurant poor security old key room availability
the hotel is in a convenient location near the subway. i found it easy to get around. the staff were helpful when i needed to switch rooms. i really appreciated the two breakfast restaurants, especially the japanese one.
the annex building felt less secure. anyone could access the hotel rooms there. the key was old and did not include modern security features. i was also told conflicting information about room availability. this made changing rooms difficult.

subway station breakfast selection helpful staff
the location provides simple access to the underpass. it links to the subway station. breakfast selections were varied and had something for everyone. checking in and out was seamless because staff were helpful.
the hotel neighborhood is peaceful but a little quiet.
