Reviews and Ratings
The first day was rough with a series of room issues and inconveniences. After upgrading to a better room, the experience drastically improved. The rooms definitely need updating, but the upgrade was worth it.
The hotel was a nice place, the rooms were large and clean, and the service was generally good. However, there were quite a few mosquitos around. The location was convenient for exploring Tulum and nearby archaeological sites, but there were some drainage issues in the rooms. The dining options were varied, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained.
The hotel rooms were large and comfortable, providing all the amenities one would expect. The service, though lovely overall, had a slight issue with time management. The location was simply stunning, perfect for snorkeling adventures, and the dining experience was very good with a variety of options available. The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
Initially faced several issues like a malfunctioning AC, problematic refrigerator, and cleanliness concerns. Eventually, upgraded to a nicer area after paying extra, which significantly improved the experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and finally met my initial requests. The service was exceptionally hospitable and professional, with staff remembering our preferences. The location, though prone to room flooding, was ideal for our activities near Tulum and offered good snorkeling opportunities. The dining options, mainly in the main restaurant, provided a nice variety of food at a good price. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
The hotel had everything we needed in the rooms, but could do with a little updating despite being very clean. They were far from the main building. The service sometimes gave conflicting information or didn't know answers to questions and started making noise early in the morning. The location was stunning and great for the activities we wanted to do near Tulum. The dining experience was good, but there was a trek back to reception from the beach. Overall, fantastic location with some room for improvement in service and dining.
The hotel offered us rooms that were not to our liking initially, but Ingrid and Rosey promptly moved us to beautiful adjacent rooms in a lovely location. The rooms were a bit far from the main building, but the new rooms made up for it with their charm.
The hotel asked us to upgrade our room for an additional fee, but Ingrid and Rosey quickly moved us to more favorable rooms in a beautiful location. The rooms were spacious, had fantastic air conditioning, and featured a huge jacuzzi bath, although the drain in one of the bathrooms caused flooding issues after showers.
The hotel had excellent rooms and facilities, but being on the ground floor next to the concierge desk playing music from early morning was a downside. The service was great overall, with friendly and accommodating staff, although there were a few minor hiccups. The location was nice with lots to see and do, but some issues like room flooding post-shower were inconvenient. Dining options were good, particularly the cured meats, and the facilities were above average.
