fantastic experience!
great food fantastic room helpful personnel
the food was amazing!!! we stayed for two weeks. location, beach, personnel, and rooms were fantastic. we will definitely return next year.
i would like to see a little improvement in the room service options. i thought they could have been a little better.

the room featured good shower pressure and temperature. it also had a beautiful view. evening shows were sometimes visible from the balcony. wi-fi was fantastic throughout the entire resort, fast and reliable everywhere.

remodeled pool new snack bar modern decor
The main pool was completely redone and includes a swim-up bar. They added a snack bar with seating to the right of the pool area, I found it comfortable. I was in the Royal Tower, those rooms have fresh decor and feel modern.
I found that service at restaurants was slow sometimes.

The hotel is close to the beach, offering many opportunities to purchase goods. There are sporting opportunities, such as beach soccer and volleyball. (A short walk gets you to after-hour festivities too).

The gym has sufficient equipment for basic workouts and is kept clean. Water refill stations are available throughout the resort, convenient. I appreciated having reusable water bottles in the room.

The gym had updated equipment. There were multiple treadmills and stationary bikes available. I liked the cafe. It offered good grab-and-go options like sandwiches and ice cream (I had two!).
Sometimes, service at the buffet was slow.

My beloved and i stayed at this resort, and it was a dream. the beach was pristine. I cherished our walks along the shore. the staff was attentive, the drinks were always refreshing, perfect for sipping by the calming pool.

our room featured an ocean view, a spacious balcony, and a king bed. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower! the minibar was restocked daily with soft drinks.

wonderful getaway!
fantastic room attentive butler helpful staff
i stayed for five nights and found the rooms fantastic. yajahira, my butler, took great care of me. she ensured i had everything i needed and was always helpful. jessica was also very helpful .
Getting sunbeds was difficult. I had to wake up early. reserving sun beds should not be allowed, but everyone does it.
