The entire hotel is very clean. The design is beautiful. i stayed in a suite superior and it was bright and spacious. beach access was easy and i found the beach relaxing. i thought the staff were pretty good.
the location is a bit far if you want to explore beyond the resort.

the food was good the staff were lovely and friendly. the two pools were really nice the beach was gorgeous.
i found poolside had too much drinking and not enough cleaning. pool loungers around the main pool get reserved for hours before they are actually used and nobody checks on this.

I found the resort possessed beautiful, large pools.. They never felt overcrowded. The staff members were attentive and helpful. Food was very good for an all-inclusive hotel. I would definitely come back again.

the resort offered different activities daily. my daughter and i felt SAFE. BLoved was the top restaurant, its vibe was great. i always found plenty of loungers at the pool and beach, including shaded spots.
meals at most restaurants where not the BEST. the place felt loud most of the time, the noise continued late.
