amazing stay in a beautiful setting

i totally loved the breakfast it had a vast selection with both european and asian foods. the pool area was also lovely i saw some really good spa treatments there too. i found all the staff helpful this made my stay fantastic
the check-in wasn't smooth the receptionist wasn't smiling i felt unwelcome and cold. i think it's important that everyone is greeted with warmth and friendliness

My room included a work desk and a seating area. This made working remotely quite easy! The bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower, something I always appreciate. I enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee maker directly in the room. The air conditioning system worked efficiently and maintained a consistent temperature.
The gym had limited hours! it closed a bit earlier than I expected.

the breakfast buffet had many choices. the staff was helpful and kind. i appreciated the beautiful architecture. the hotel combined oriental and modern styles beautifully.
the hotel charged me for an infant, i was not happy. the hotel found opportunities to charge more too. local calls and transport cost four times more than at a travel agent. i didn't appreciate this.

the evening meal i had was not good. the cooking standard was below expectations for such a high-end place. also, staff training seemed insufficient during my evening meal. organisation wasn't great either. i expect more precision.
