Grand Mercure Danang, Da Nang

I had the most amazing views from my room, with two separate rooms each equipped with TVs and different stunning views, especially of Tran Thi Ly bridge. The cleanliness and modernity were top-notch, just as you would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, accommodating up to 3 people, and offered a lovely view overlooking the river. However, there was a small construction site visible in the distance towards the Dragon Bridge, which was a minor drawback. The service was exceptional, with the staff, particularly Ngan, being very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The location, although a bit far from the city center, was serene and peaceful, with the bonus of a free shuttle bus to key attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay at a reasonable price point.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant with a few highlights and some drawbacks. The room had a spectacular view over a small construction site to the Dragon Bridge, which was exactly what I wanted to see during the light show on weekends. However, the room did not have that fresh feel I was hoping for.

The hotel offers stunning views of the ever-changing colors of the city lights and Nguyen Van Troi - Tran Thi Ly Bridge. The rooms are even better in person than in the photos, and being Accor members definitely has its perks! The service is top-notch, with a warm and helpful team ready to assist with any request. The location is in a bustling yet quiet area, near the Han river and close to various attractions. Dining at Grand Mercure Danang is a delightful experience, although the display could be improved. The hotel facilities are excellent, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The compact room on an upper floor was perfect for a group of four, providing a view of the city lights and the Nguyen Van Troi - Tran Thi Ly Bridge across the river. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Tuan, the restaurant manager, and the friendly staff. While the location was good for airport access and offered nice views, it was a bit far from the city center. The dining experience varied, with spectacular views but room for improvement in the food quality. Overall, the facilities were impressive.
