quick check-infriendly staffluggage storagehigh standards
the check in process was quick and easy. the front desk staff, particularly thi and trâm, was very friendly and helpful. we arrived earlier than 2pm, my luggage was stored safely until i returned from lunch. the cleaning staff also maintained high standards.
I noticed a slight delay with a booked massage. It started 20 minutes late.

The rooftop infinity pool offered an amazing view. It was the best i have seen. bikes were available for riding, and scooter hire made exploring convenient. these facilities added much value.

Breakfasts were simple but good. I especially enjoyed the hot dishes, especially the bun bo every morning. the breakfast room had a great view, a beautiful start to the day. the food was AMAZING!!!

The front desk staff was courteous and attentive to my requests. emily and zoey at reception were super friendly and helpful. the security guy also helped with the suitcases. I really appreciated it.

The location was convenient, especially its proximity to the beach. i appreciated the courteous and attentive staff, they promptly addressed all my requests. i was also delighted to receive an upgrade to a room with an ocean view. I thought that was a great touch.
