The hotel has a great central location near Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms are dated and in need of a refresh, with noise from outside disturbing my sleep. The service was caring and respectful but had some lapses in attention to details like seating arrangements and newspaper delivery.

The rooms are in dire need of a refresh with peeling paint, dirty carpet, and heavily scuffed walls and wood paneling. They are very noisy, allowing all the outside noise to enter, including bells in the early morning.
