The hotel is very good with well-laid out and spacious rooms furnished with quality fittings. The air conditioning was not effective enough despite being set at 18 degreesC. The service was attentive and friendly, accommodating our early arrival. The location is strategical near popular spots in Kemang, although construction nearby was a downside. The dining offered a standard experience with continental breakfast but lacked flexibility in booking options. The facilities were decent overall.
