I stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a junior suite and later to a grand suite with Titanium benefits. The rooms are new and nice but unfortunately don't offer any daylight. The service was excellent, with staff who handled situations wisely and patiently. The location is ideal for families and couples, attached to a high-end mall. The dining options were varied, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel offers probably one of the best Sheraton standard rooms around. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and filled with amenities, including a big screen TV and Wi-Fi. Thanks to Mr Aldino and Miss Amel for the nice service and keeping my room very clean.
