I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfy with a great setup, although the strong smoke odour in the level 12 corridors was a downside. The service was courteous, providing a good experience. The location was convenient for my activities in Jakarta, though it depended on individual plans. The dining experience was fine but slightly limited for those not keen on a heavy breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, but I did notice that sound carried easily. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially Chandra, Sarah, Eddy, Mr Pelawi, and Danny; they made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location was convenient for accessing the exhibition centre, but the noisy surroundings and the issue with card authorization were a downside. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in offering more variety. The facilities provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
