I loved the hotel staff. Kathy greeted me warmly with a great smile at check-in, she made it so quick. The location proved great, very close to everything i needed. Breakfast was awesome with lot of options.

The rooftop bar features a swimming pool and it is a dream in the late afternoon. Spa treatments include traditional Vietnamese massage and are absolute perfection. The breakfast buffet features high quality meals.

I had such a blast at this place ! amy and the whole staff. the hotel provided complimentary bikes. I enjoyed riding through the nearby rice paddies. the breakfast buffet had many options, and it was superb. it was awesome value for the money!

the public announcements were a bit much , especially the one that woke me up at 4:30 am !

The location was not ideal. it was far from the main attractions. The shuttle service was infrequent. i relied on taxis more than i wanted to. The costs added up! also, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. i wished for a wider variety of choices.

The staff were attentive. They arranged a surprise with letters and a birthday cake because they saw my passport information. I felt special. Breakfast included many different types of food. It was AMAZING!!!

The location is not ideal. It is far from old town. The shuttle service has limited times. If it is busy, they send you to a grab instead.
