Breakfast each morning was a real delight. The rooftop pool offers amazing views of the ocean. I felt fortunate to find umbrellas and sunbeds provided by the hotel right on the beach. The high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom was a beautiful bonus.
i found that answering the phone for room service was often delayed. It sometimes took several minutes for someone to pick up my call when i needed assistance.

the staff displayed warm, helpful, and attentive service to every guest, and they worked hard to resolve any issues we presented to them. Their dedication to making sure everyone was comfortable was apparent.

the communal areas provided ample space for relaxation, and there were many sitting areas where people could use laptops with ease. the rooftop bar has a nice pool with views of the beach and Sugarloaf Mountain.
