Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they looked a bit bigger in the photos. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially since I don't speak any Portuguese. The location was truly awesome, with superb views from the roof terrace. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag, with a wide variety of food but sometimes overcrowded. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel rooms were airconditioned but were not made up before 2 pm, facing a courtyard with washing and a noisy generator outside which could be bothersome for those allergic to many things. The service was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and attentive, offering various amenities. The location is excellent, right on the west end of Copacabana beach, near the fort with a beautiful view. However, the dining area was very crowded and somewhat chaotic, needing more staff on busy days. Overall, a good stay but with some room for improvement.
The hotel's location was fantastic, being right on the Copacabana beach and close to various restaurants. While the rooms were in need of repair and somewhat small and average without a view, I still wondered how the 'not superior' room would be. The service was mixed, with helpful staff but some language barriers. The dining experience was great with a variety of choices but lacked certain dessert options. The facilities were good overall.
I couldn't help but be impressed by the hotel's prime location, just across from the beach with a perfect balance between Copacabana and Ipanema. Although the room size was a bit perplexing, especially after discussing it with the management, the lack of a view made me wonder about the non-superior rooms. The service was exceptional, with a genuine willingness to help in every aspect, from the pool restaurant to room service and more. The dining experience offered a substantial breakfast variety but fell short in some aspects, like the limited cheese selection and simplistic desserts. The facilities were satisfactory, adding to an overall pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning, but the unbearable smell of mold was a downside. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The location was wonderful, perfect for exploring Rio, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel is in a great location on Copacabana boulevard, near the beach kiosks, with modern amenities. The rooms, while small and average, lack views which made me curious about the 'not superior' category. The dining was satisfactory, with a limited breakfast selection, and the service was friendly and adequate for tourists' needs.
