The hotel rooms were old and in need of maintenance, but they did offer a balcony with a hot tub which was a nice touch. The service was a bit mixed with some wonderful staff members but others seemed overwhelmed. The location was excellent with a beautiful setting, though there were some issues with communication about amenities. The dining experience was quite extensive with nice options, however, it could get very busy at times. The hotel facilities were generally good, but there were some dusty areas that needed attention.
The hotel's rooms offered good comfort with a balcony and adequate storage space, but cleanliness and equipment functionality were issues. The location provided access to both north and south beaches, and the dining options were varied, albeit with limited choices for lactose intolerant guests.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed, although they had a limited view. The service was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient but with minor inconveniences. The dining experience was mostly positive with a slight negative point. Overall, a good value for money.
