The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, more like you would expect in an aparthotel. While not particularly cheap, it was a pleasant stay overall with my colleagues. The service was helpful overall, with some staff members going above and beyond to assist, particularly with the needs of a 1-year-old. The location is perfect for finding good restaurants and exploring the financial district, although it may require a taxi at night for safety. The dining experience was below average with undrinkable coffee, but the international dishes were decent. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel provided super clean and comfortable rooms where all the staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. However, the sleeping room in the '2 room mini-suite' had very limited space, and the shower box was tiny. The location was very relaxing, with the only downside being the dated and unappealing appearance.

The staff was very helpful when we had issues with the airline who lost our luggage, but were a bit unaccommodating when trying to charge a whole night's stay for early check-in despite knowing the arranged arrival time. Some staff avoided eye contact and lacked apologetic gestures.
