The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with amazing views, but there was a slight smell issue in one room. The service was warm and helpful, although some staff lacked proper training. The location is one of the best in Sao Paulo, not too crowded, and the dining experience offered excellent choices. The facilities were well-appointed, enhancing the overall stay.
The hotel had rooms that were very clean and well-equipped, albeit with poor lighting even when all lights were on. The service was mixed with some very nice interactions but lacking thorough vacuuming. The location was a bit out of the way next to a highway but close to the beautiful Ibirapuera Park. The dining experience was excellent with beautifully presented dishes. Overall, a place with potential but some improvements needed.
