I had a really nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were very large and comfortable with superb bedding. The lack of windows or air was a downside, especially for families. The lounge offered a good selection for breakfast and snacks, but above all, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel, excellent gym, business center, rain showers, pool, sauna, full spa, and a great breakfast restaurant. However, the location could be a bit challenging to access in Sao Paulo traffic.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing, very clean, and spacious with modern amenities, including cable TV and a mini bar. The bath and shower were awesome. The early check-in option, though at an extra cost, was reasonable. Everything looked clean, felt clean, and smelled clean every single day. I stayed in the 'Grand Suite,' and it was fantastic!

The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist in various ways. The location, despite being a bit isolated, offered easy access to key spots in the vibrant city. The dining options were mixed, with room for improvement. Facilities were satisfactory, enhancing my stay in several ways.
The hotel offers excellently equipped rooms, a friendly and attentive service, and a good location. The dining experience is good but with some areas for improvement. Overall, a great value for money option.
