I found the hotel to be conveniently located, but there were some downsides. The rooms were well-kept and close to the entrance, yet there was some noise from the passing cars early in the morning. The service was dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay, although at times they seemed a bit inconsistent. The location was bustling with friendly staff, although it had its faults. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with a buffet-style setup, and the facilities were adequate.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not ideal due to noise from construction and limited time for relaxation, yet block 73 was conveniently located far from the lobby. The service was exceptional, with polite and hardworking staff attending to all our needs. The location provided a nice welcome but lacked proximity to the bustling resorts, offering a serene jungle-like atmosphere. Dining was a mixed bag with impressive food quality but a pushy sales approach. Overall, a place with potential but room for improvement.
Despite some drawbacks like grotty rooms and soft beds causing back problems, the hotel offers a safe in every room for added security. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and a wide selection of delicious meals. The location is clean, with welcoming gestures upon arrival, but certain restrictions like early pool closure and spicy food warnings may affect the overall experience.
Staying at this hotel was a dream come true! The rooms were spacious with great facilities, working AC, and always impeccably clean with daily drink replacements. The view overlooking the infinity pool and ocean in the adults only section of the Akumal resort was simply breathtaking. However, the bathroom not having a ceiling was a bit odd.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was amazing, right by the beach and with plenty of restaurant options nearby. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. The pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable, and the overall price was reasonable.
