fantastic stay, minor blip
clean roomspacious roomfriendly staff
the room was very clean and spacious. it offered good amenities with friendly staff. its location in ixelles was amazing and close to many restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, i found this particularly great.
the room temperature adjustment didn't function. i was unable to change it through the panel. this made the night a bit uncomfortable.

the hotel features a convenient tram stop directly in front. it takes you to the center in approximately ten minutes. plenty of restaurants and a grocery store is situated nearby the hotel.

The room included a kitchen with sufficient utensils. I found a Carrefour Express open on Sundays nearby. It was convenient to get any food or drink there (really helpful!). The staff was friendly.
I found some of the light switches confusing to operate.

The hotel offers convenient parking in a garage with reserved spaces. The rooms have well-equipped kitchens including dish soap, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, tea, and sugar. I found this particularly useful for preparing simple meals.

The hotel is in a quieter area with good access to public transportation. A tram stop is right in front of the hotel. I reached the city center within 10 minutes (it was SO fast!).

The junior suite offered a pleasant view. The room included very good facilities. Breakfast was nice (i enjoyed the croissants!). I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and modern design.
I had some difficulty figuring out the room temperature controls. The panel did not seem to allow temperature adjustments. This made the night a little uncomfortable.

the room provided a well-equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils. a carrefour express was conveniently located nearby i found all the ingredients for my meals. the fridge dishwasher oven and stovetop worked perfectly .
the shower area had limited lighting it was somewhat visible from the room.

the hotel sits on avenue louise near tram and bus lines i found easy access to transportation. supermarkets and a night shop are conveniently downstairs for quick needs. flagey is about a ten-minute walk.

The location was very close to a tram station, convenient.
I encountered issues . There was NO hot water on the first night, very frustrating after a long day. The many lights in the room were controlled by too many switches.
