central location friendly staff comfortable beds unclean pool bad outlook expensive price
i loved the central location. everything in kata beach was super accessible. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful with all my needs. i especially appreciated the comfy, quiet beds.
the rooftop pool didn't impress me. it seemed unclean with a bad outlook. the pictures online made the hotel appear better than it was. i didn't consider it the best value for the price i paid.

pool access helpful staff amazing wifi dirty sheets busy breakfast loud noises
The hotel provided a lovely pool access. The staff was very helpful and the WiFi was amazing. I also like the immaculate condominium apartments and attentive staff.
The sheets and towels was not very clean. Breakfast was minimal and very busy during peak hours. The animal noises at night was loud.

Middling Experience with Some Issues
late cleaning service monotonous buffet
The cleaning service was inconsistent, often arriving VERY late in the afternoon. Towels weren't always replaced even when left on the floor as requested. The breakfast buffet became monotonous after a few days. It offered the SAME selection daily. I THINK more variety is needed. the coffee tasted weak and bland.
