the room was great with a nice, open view. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. i found the shower excellent, especially the rainfall showerhead and convenient mixer tap!!! the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, all delicious.
the internet connection was not strong enough. it disrupted my video meetings, impacting my ability to work efficiently. i hope this issue gets fixed .

my standard double room had ample space, with modern decor. the climate control system maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my visit. soundproofing created a quiet atmosphere, preventing disturbances from outside noise.

the hotel offered blackout curtains in the room. the fitness center had equipment for every muscle group. i used the free weights and cardio equipment . the breakfast buffet featured an excellent variety of items.
the pillows in my room were uncomfortable. there were only two pillows, and two additional ones were quite small.

the reception staff was very helpful and polite during check-in. housekeeping was attentive to our needs, the room remained clean and tidy daily. the manager was kind (i appreciated that a lot!).

The staff offered prompt support when I requested a room change. My initial room was a connecting room and I requested to move for safety reasons. They moved me to another room quickly. The hotel is near local shops. Coffee shops are located right next door so it was very convenient.
The bathroom presented some design flaws. The door didn't close correctly and water leaked onto the floor. A place to hang a towel was not available. The coffee machine was terrible, especially for a 5-star hotel.
