The hotel offers lovely rooms with walk-in waterfall showers, a stocked minibar, and a quiet atmosphere. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the bed arrangement was not ideal. The location is excellent, being in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to shopping areas. The dining experience has its ups and downs with good variety but below-standard quality in some cases.

I enjoyed the lovely rooms with walk-in waterfall showers and a stocked minibar. The quiet ambiance was pleasant, though the cleanliness was not top-notch, and the bed setup of two tightly placed beds wasn't the most comfortable.

The service was amazing, especially from Yunis and Omar Sharif. They were very supportive and courteous, making my stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to Yunus Emre, Omer, Melis, and Onur for their friendly assistance.
