the room contained amenities, including shampoo, coffee, and water. the service was timely. i experienced an air conditioning issue initially, but i received a suite upgrade. the hotel provided a treat at the end of my stay.

faulty air conditioninglimited breakfast
The air conditioning in the room was to have a mind of its own. It seemed stuck in a perpetual state of 'slightly chilly' i tried adjusting it, but i think the thermostat was just for show. also, the breakfast selection could use a little boost. It had all the basics, sure, though a bit more variety would be welcome for those of us staying multiple nights.

The hotel is close to the Mimar Sinan station. It is just 290m away. the staff were friendly. neda from reception provided tourist information i needed. she also gave me medical information.
the air conditioning in the breakfast area on the third floor was not effective. it was a bit warm during breakfast.

the spa center includes a fitness area, a sauna, a steam bath, and a turkish bath. there is also an indoor swimming pool available. massage service is available too. i found secure parking, providing peace of mind since i rented a car.

the location is super. there is a taxi station at the door. shopping centers are nearby. the hotel provides a good connection to the public metro station, a big plus.

breakfast was good, included in the stay. the restaurant looked lovely and very clean. there's a costa coffee shop nearby. i found grocery options close to the hotel. the food was AMAZING!!!
