The service was phenomenal with friendly and helpful staff, especially Yunus Emne at the reception. The location was convenient, although it required a short walk to the Mall of Istanbul. The dining experience, while up to expectations, could benefit from a bit more variety in the breakfast options. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
