My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and convenient. The rooms were spacious and perfect for my family, although they needed a bit more cleaning. The internet connection was excellent, making our stay even better. The service was top-notch, extremely polite and friendly, although some basic hospitality skills were lacking. The location was very good, with easy access to the center of Istanbul and both airports, but a bit far from some touristic spots. The dining experience had good options but could use more variety. Overall, a great value for money with some areas that could be improved.
Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant and convenient. The rooms were spacious, silent, and well-lit, perfect for our family with children. However, the strong perfumed scent to mask smoke odor was a drawback. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and equipped with all amenities we needed.

Everything was well-organized, and the amenities like the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Gym were a tremendous experience that I truly enjoyed. The staff, especially the lady and the shift leader Ms. Ipek, were extremely polite, professional, and friendly. However, there were some unhelpful instances when I asked questions. The location was convenient, being near Istanbul Ataturk Airport, but it was a bit far from the central town. The dining experience was up to expectation, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Despite booking a smoking room weeks in advance, my stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean and only slightly cold but had a terrible smell of smoke and cheap perfume. Some helpful features like the toilet with bars and a shower seat with handles were present. The location was convenient, near the airport and within walking distance to dining options and shopping outlets. However, the dining experience was subpar, with limited options and poor quality food.
